Ave Maria University Scholarship and Fall Fest Invitation

The Ave Maria Foundation is hosting an event called Ave Scholarship Fall Fest 2015 on Saturday, November 21, 2015, to educate high school seniors and their parents about the incredible Ave Maria University (AMU) Southeast Michigan Diocesan Scholarship.

Amount:
$7,000 ($3,500 per semester)
Type: Renewable up to 4 years

Qualifications:
– Applicant must be a first time college freshman or a transfer student with no more than 31 attempted credit hours (may NOT be a returning AMU student)
– Applicant must have graduated from a Catholic school -OR- be a registered parish member in one of the three following diocese: Archdiocese of Detroit | Diocese of Lansing | Diocese of Saginaw
– Applicant must be a practicing Catholic (endorsement letter from parish)
– Recipient must maintain a University GPA of 2.5 to keep the scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to the first 30 students who meet the criteria and are accepted to Ave Maria University.

Tom Monaghan, retired owner of Domino’s Pizza and founder of AMU, is hosting the Ave Scholarship Fall Fest 2015 at Domino’s Farms in Ann Arbor. The evening will include information on the scholarship, an opportunity to meet with an AMU admission counselor, dinner, hot chocolate, sundae bar, games, giveaways, and drawings for gift cards.

Attending this event is a great way for you to get to know more about homeschool-friendly Ave Maria University (AMU). This event is free but space is limited, so registration by November 16 is necessary for admittance. After finishing the online registration guests will receive an email confirmation and directions to the event.
